Iwashiro Toshiaki, nato l'11 Dicembre 1977, è un non molto noto mangaka Giapponese. Egli è il creatore delle serie di manga Mieru Hito e del ben più noto Psyren. Ha anche avuto un apprendista, Tamura Ryuhei, l'autore di Beelzebub.
